Alan set up my network of business computers nearly 20 years ago and has been my "go to" guy ever since. Although, I've now retired from business, he's always there to keep my computers up to date. The latest change he's done for me has solved the problems I had. Always to be trusted.

What a "Top Banana" is Alan ! ! Having recently purchased a new computer I needed a lot of help to set it up (as I found it was not quite as easy as I first thought) ! Taking over the controls remotely, Alan soon had everything working perfectly and even transferred important files and photos from my previous old laptop that had ceased to work anymore ! If anyone is looking for a computer expert with a great sense of humour Alan is most certainly "The Best of the Bunch" ! ! Thank you sooo much Alan. Jill Gibson.

Alan of Grasp Computing is one of the kindest, most helpful blokes that you could ever hope to meet. He is generous with his time and advice, even when there is no hope of financial compensation. Despite his huge amount of knowledge and experience, he charges a very meagre hourly rate. As a fellow IT professional, I am staggered by the depth and breadth of his expertise. When you combine that with his honesty and customer care, I never have any hesitation in recommending him to others. 5 stars in every respect!

I have used Grasp for all my computer issues since they started and have always found them to be helpful and professional. I'm not computer literate and really appreciate the time and patience they take when explaining any problem whether it was by phone, on site visit or by remote. Alan is meticulous in his diagnosis of faults and expedient in his repairs and future prevention of those faults and any others that are likely to arise. In addition, his knowledge of hardware has guided Muddy Dog Architects towards selecting specific devices suited to our particular needs.
