Faithfully for many years, I’ve visited my customers on-site. I’m currently safely working remotely or via drop-off, remote visits are the sensible option.

  • Free independent advice: Navigate the computing world with GrASP, reducing time, cost and frustration. As well as computer repairs we offer advice with selecting a PC, performance, upgrades, gadgets, printers, scanners, networking and anything I.T.

No pressure – estimate before a remote visit. Most visits are completed within an hour.

Remote visits include the following;

  • Repair: Find & fix computer issues + Tasks that we discuss over the phone or email.
  • Secure: Antivirus, firewall, security & system weaknesses resolved.
  • Remove infections: Spyware / Malware /Cookies / Virus and Registry faults.
  • Optimizations: Performance – reliability – health – speed.
  • Tune up & Update: System components; software, drivers, windows.

Optional:

  • Set up & check local or cloud based backup routines.
  • Set up “Covid safe – work from home” communication tools like Zoom, Skype or Teams.
  • Tuition: Microsoft Office, YouTube, eBay, Email, Windows, Web, VPN’s and more.
